Consulting Company Sued For Illegal Operations
Greg Zoeller, Indiana Attorney General, declared a lawsuit against a consultant company for allegedly functioning unlawfully in 15 Indiana counties.
The move against the consulting company was made public on Wednesday when Legal Home Loan Solutions was also alleged to have not given refunds to customers even after services were not provided, the consultancy company is a Florida-based foreclosure consultancy company.
As per the lawsuit, the consultancy company breached Indiana's consumer protection laws by collecting funds worth thousands of dollars before providing any services.
The consultancy company provides assistance in avoiding foreclosure and as per latest reports at least 22 Indiana citizens have paid the firm. Zoeller informed that the number of such cases has shot up due to increasing foreclosures, and he has by now filed around 30 cases against similar consultancy companies.
